i bought the thyroid kickstart after reading the reviews here and thought i’ll only share mine after actually trying it. honestly with thyroid issues, weight loss has always been sooo frustrating for me. no matter how little i ate or how much i tried, nothing really changed and i was constantly tired and bloated.
but this time it feels different. i lost around 0.6 kg in the first week and almost 2 kg in about 3 weeks now. and the weird part is i’m eating more regularly than before?? my energy is better too. my family noticed it before i did 😄. usually when i try to diet i feel drained and moody, but this plan feels very doable.
i think what helped is that it’s not some extreme plan, it actually feels like it understands thyroid problems. you can tell it’s made by a dietitian and not just another random internet diet.
