I’m a certified women’s health nutritionist, and I’m passionate about helping women understand their bodies, balance their hormones, and feel in control of their health through simple, science-backed nutrition.
From frustrating weight gain to painful periods, hormonal acne, or symptoms that just won’t go away, I help women make sense of it all through real, research-driven nutrition.
My passion lies in hormonal health, weight management, and women’s wellness, especially in supporting conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, and gestational diabetes.
My approach is simple: support, not shame. Clarity, not confusion. I’m here to help you feel strong, nourished, and in control, every step of the way.
🎓 I earned my Master’s in Food, Nutrition and Health from University College Dublin. I also hold certifications in Women’s Health, Child Nutrition and Nutritional Management of Pregnancy. I’m also an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, combining evidence-based science with real-world, practical support.
Why I Started The Nutritionist Code
My journey into nutrition didn’t begin in a clinic — it began on the track. I was a student athlete in high school, sprinting in 100m & 200m races, relays, and long jump. Early morning trainings were tough — I wasn’t a morning person, and eating before a workout felt nearly impossible. But even back then, I could tell that what I ate (and when I ate) impacted how I felt. Small changes — like forcing a light bite upon waking up or adjusting timing — helped me feel more focused and in control during my events.
What stayed with me most, though, were the things no one talked about. Girls training through painful cramps, showing up because there were no excuses — just expectations. No one knew how to manage the discomfort or why our energy felt so off some days. We didn’t really understand how energy, hunger or performance were tied to nutrition and training. I remember how many of us feared eating “too much” during training season, without realising that the increased hunger was our body’s natural response asking for more fuel. It was all guesswork — shaped by myths and peer advice. And nutrition? It was never presented as a tool for us.
Back then, I didn’t even know what a nutritionist really did. Where I came from, people turned to doctors only when something was seriously wrong. Nutrition felt like something meant only for weight loss — not for performance, not for women’s health, and definitely not for teenage girls navigating their bodies for the first time. But that curiosity — the need for better answers — stayed with me.
This space was built for the women who were never taught how to care for themselves — until now.
Today, I support women who’ve felt that same confusion. Whether it’s PCOS, hormonal acne, irregular cycles, or just not feeling like yourself — I help you understand what your body is trying to tell you. The Nutritionist Code was built to offer a space I wish I had back then: where women are guided, not judged. Supported, not dismissed. A space where nutrition isn’t about restriction, but restoration.
💛 If you’ve ever felt like your body was too confusing, too different, or too much — you’re not alone. Let’s find a way forward, together.
