    I never really thought irregular cycles were a big deal until they started happening again and again. I was always tired, losing focus at work, and the worst part was not knowing when my period would come. I felt like I wasn’t in control of my own body.

    One night, out of frustration, I came across this Kickstart Plan and decided to give it a try. Within the first 10 days, I started noticing small changes like my weight shifted a little, my skin was getting clearer than before, and those constant mood dips weren’t as bad. Over time, I began to feel more balanced and calmer.

    Dealing with PCOS has always made me feel like I was fighting against my own body no matter what I did my cycles were always irregular and my energy levels were all over the place I decided to try this plan as a last resort and I was surprised at how much of a difference it made within a few weeks. The biggest change was in my cycle which finally started becoming more predictable and my skin also looks much healthier now I feel so much more in control of my health and I’m definitely going to stick with this!

    i bought this bundle after reading the reviews here and thought i’ll only share mine after actually trying it. honestly with pcod, losing weight has always been a struggle for me. no matter what i did, the scale just never moved much (or i gained everything back fast) and i was always tired.

    But this time it’s different I feel. i lost 0.8 kg in the first week itself and 2 kg in 3 weeks now. and i’m actually eating more than i used to?? my family’s surprised too 😄. usually when i “diet” i feel weak and irritated but this plan feels easy to follow. i think it’s coz it’s made by a dietitian and not some random youtube diet.

    if you have pcod and you’re stuck like i was, this honestly gave me hope. will update here when i reach my goal weight.
