As our services include digital products (e.g., plans, programs, guides) that are delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once the product is accessed, downloaded, or shared, unless required by law or under special circumstances reviewed case by case.

2. Exceptions Considered for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
  • You were charged incorrectly or faced a payment error and have valid proof.
  • You did not receive access to the product or service within a reasonable time (typically 24–48 hours for downloadable products and 7–10 working days for custom services) and you did not receive any communication or chat support during that period.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after receiving the digital product

  • Downloaded/accessed custom or personalized plans
  • Refunds for services already rendered, including meal plan customization, email check-ins, or coaching sessions

4. Exchanges or Modifications

If you find an issue in your digital file or would like a minor adjustment (e.g., ingredient swap, error correction), please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable edits within your plan scope. However, we do not offer full replacements, or plan changes unrelated to the original consultation form.
